It’s not so fun being overdue! I have an appointment to be referred to be induced some time next week. I totally agree with you. There is no benefit of keeping a baby in post 42 weeks, there’s more risks to the baby etc. I don’t want to be induced, but I can’t imagine going over 42 weeks!
I feel like the only woman on tumblr who is overdue, lol.
But I’m also the only one I know of that could not find out the sex of my baby.
So you know to all you women out there saying omg I got to wait 20 weeks to find out…. Try 41 weeks and counting! Haha x

I think I’m just over emotional because I am over due, I am huge, I have been on/off in pain over the last few days, and I thought my baby would be here by now :’(.
But it’s okay having Indian in a bit, I am so hungry!!

I have no idea what time it is where you are, but it’s nearly midday here, would be amazed if my bladder let me sleep until then! Haha :).
And oh my gosh yes so much easier! So much less expensive. And wouldn’t have to worry about who to invite etc less fuss! My mums already thinking about going on a diet so she can look her best in the wedding photos, and wedding is not until August next year, lol! families aye, got to love them! ^_^ xx
I miss being able to wear my engagement ring so much.
But at least I have the memory of how he proposed still fresh in my mind ^_^.
I can’t believe he had the ring in it’s box in his pocket for most of the day. While we were in Rome, especially when people warn you about pick pockets all the time haha.
I didn’t even twig anything when Rory the tour guide kept smiling at us (lol Russ asked him where would be a nice place to propose that’s not too busy!)
The camera had run out of battery, so it didn’t seem weird to me that he asked me to take a picture of this little fountain in the midst of the gardens of the ruins of caesars palice on my phone. But my phone cover blocked the picture (haha!) When I turned back around there he was on one knee, with the ring showing in its box. All I can remember thinking is “omg what are you doing get up!” lol, and he took my hand, made a speech, I was just like “yes!!!!” and then he informed me that practically everyone else knew of his plans, even the tour guide haha!
I didn’t even want to go to the ruins to start with lol. We only paid for a tour to queue jump to get in the colosseum! Then we ran away from the tour guide cause she was boring, haha.
But forgot to take our stickers off, and the next tour guide found us outside, but he was a lot more entertaining.
I had known I was pregnant for two days when he proposed. (he knew too). Before you jump to conclusions he had planned this for months. He had asked my dads permission weeks before the baby was even a twinkle in Russ eye, lol. But it was our little secret at this point :) and we used to discuss possible baby names while eating delicious food ^_^ haha.
We were going to tell both of our mums together when we got home, as my mum was giving us a lift to Russ mums house….. But they had planned an engagement party :/ I was handed champaign (which to this day i have still yet to try!) and I took my mum outside and cried lol. It was too overwhelming. I didn’t even have to tell her. She guessed! And drank my champaign for me, haha.
I can’t actually wait to get married next year. Part of me still wants to just run away and do it in secret, lol. But my family would hate me! x
